1. Material control, select high-quality die steel, and control the hardness to 46HRC during heat treatment. Don't be too hard, the harder it is, the easier it will break.

2. Core design, unfavorable angle at the front end, inverted R0.25, no sharp angle at the root, and R transition within the size allowed at the C angle. C angle or R is convenient for post-processing or assembly. After easy fracture and other control improvements, the core size can be shortened before post-processing. The draft angle is within the allowable range to achieve the lower limit of the small head and the upper limit of the big head.

3. The runner design avoids the core to avoid high temperature impact. Cooling treatment can be added if the diameter exceeds 16MM. The thermal expansion position is 0.15~~0.20MM reserved for the perforation.

4. The die-casting process is controlled, and the temperature of the molten aluminum is kept stable to avoid sharp changes and heat treatment. The spray release agent is mainly oily. When replacing a broken core, check whether other parts have slight cracks. It is recommended to replace all of them.

5. Count the service life of cores and replace them during maintenance under allowable conditions.
